with an affiliated company's purchase of a retail operation in Wawa,
Ontario, Palmer / Kember opened its Wawa branch office to service
the northern reaches of its territory.
The philosophy at Palmer / Kember was to provide quality construction
at fair value to the client. To further integrate the successful
operations of both Palmer and Kember, Terry Rainone purchased all
outstanding shares in Palmer Paving and Construction Ltd. in September
of 1999. In March of 2000 the companies were merged to form Palmer
Construction Group Inc. With a blend of new management personnel
combined with the many years experience of our established employees
Palmer Construction Group Inc. has grown to be a leader in our community,
